Gary we have walked the same streets, attended the same schools, and folded papers at the same “shack.” My cousins lived on Greenly Drive and we all went to Frick and Castlemont. Your story is unremarkable to most – but to those of us who have humped it up 73rd ave. and over the old Mayfield path it is a delightful stirring of memories of the the places and events that made us. I too went in the Army (after attending East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma), play music, and wound up in Modesto. Be blessed. Phil Dalton
